  26. Tenita Galloway says:

You make it easy for people with a receipt to file online that’s only for business owners who claim the liquor as a tax write off. For everyday people that purchase the liquor they don’t save those type of receipts because its for pleasure and not a tax write off. Why not treat everyone the same instead of making it inconvenient for everyday people. Really down load the claim form, what if you don’t have the modern technology to do as such and then spend money to mail it to you. Not fair to everyday people.

    • you don't need to download anything says:

look at the claim form write below the box about bottles ,there is a box that has 6 or more or none ,that is the receipt box , it’s asking do you have a receipt? if no check none ,then move down to the next box where it asks about drink purchases in a bar. add the state , then check the box, then sign your name , you don’t need to mail it , who ever said that must have had one two many
