Tinder’s Unfair Pricing Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

You are a member of the settlement if you are a Tinder customer in California who subscribed to Tinder Gold or Plus between March 2, 2015 and March 1, 2019 and were at least 29 years old when you made this purchase.

Estimated Amount

Automatic one-time allotment of 50 Super Likes if the Tinder account is still active. Class members who submit a claim will either receive an additional allotment of 25 Super Likes if the account is still active, a $25 check, or a one-month free subscription to Tinder as long as they don’t already have a subscription at the time of activation.

Proof of Purchase

Unique ID is needed to submit a claim. This is found on the Postcard Notice.
