I am replying to postcard I received to file a claim for TJXSettlement by April 9th, 2018. I don’t seem to be able to get your claim form to come up, so I am using this method of replying. Today is April 7th 2018 so I am within the date limits of your requirement. I have seen letters above rejecting people because they can’t find the claim form either. So I am submitting my claim in this manner on line because there doesn’t seem to be any other way, and feel it is official enough for a claim.

    ADMIN – Hi Faye,
