    Hi my name is Anna Marie cothrum I did not know this I lost it was going in the fact or anything but I just found out about it and I wanted to let you guys know that I’ve used your product for several years and I was wondering where my hair was falling out and then all my hair fell out of my head and now I have to go for skin grafts on my head because I got chemical burns all over my scalp I don’t know what you guys could do for me at this time cuz I see that I cannot file a claim on this if you could please help me or tell me what I could do so I can get confirmation of Aldo medical supplies that I have to have and the treatment and my pain and suffering thank you

      I have been using Tresemme for about two years. My hair had been falling out everytime I use it. I thought it was just my age. Now I know it’s the shampoo.

    hi yes i feel like we were cheated $7 wont restore my hair what hell im going to with $7 not even to get a meal for my kids or buy shampoo i feel like you guys cheated me out twice never again will i ever buy i will let everyone know so disappointing

    THIS WON’T BUY ME A BOTTLE OF SHAMPOO, AND CONDITIONER,,,,,,,THIS IS SO WRONG, I FEEL I WANT TO SUE YOU AGAIN FOR NOT PAYING ME THE MONEY DUE ME…. my hair is so brittle, and I have been using this product for the past 4 years now,,,, I summited for at least 20 bottles 10 shampoo, 10 conditioner,,,,you owe me money

      My question for all who or concerned about the amount you have received. I’ve read you have used this product for “several years”. Also complain that you hair has been severely damaged due to the product. Here is my question. WHY WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO USE A PRODUCT THAT WAS CAUSING ISSUES FOR YOU? I mean you stated you were using this product for 4 years with several issues regarding your hair?

    Before you write something negative on here about the check you received, please understand how this works. A judge determines that the company falsely advertised their product. People fill.out the form and the allotted amount is divided between the number of consumers who responded. This suit has nothing to do with what the product may have done to your hair, only advertising. If you can provide proof of damage, contact a personal injury attorney. Many will evaluate your case and get a settlement, less their 20 to 40 percent fee. Other than that, your allotted amount is $7.97 -regardless of how many bottles you purchased.

    I received my check for $7.97 and it bounced. I deposited a few weeks after getting it in the mail. I am not sure who to contact to get it paid and the bank fees that I was charged also.

    If your check has reached expiration due to your failure to cash it they cannot reissue it. The Admin is no longer available for escalations.

    I haven’t received mine and neither did my fiance as he claimed too as he bought his own as well but we were told it could take up to a year to get a check and it’s past when the checks were starting to get sent out!!
