Class Eligibility

This settlement includes California residents who made a purchase in California of a True Religion product containing foreign-made component parts based in substantial part on the “Made in USA” or “Made in the USA” label between Dec. 10, 2010 and July 31, 2015. The purchase must have been for non-commercial use in order to qualify for benefits from the class action settlement.

NOTE: You must be a current California resident to file a Claim Form.

    I bought four size large shirts and two pairs of jeans. For my son. Not like I thought. It would. Be lm so glad. Somebody is trying to do something about this. Not good at all.

    Those t-shirts were sold to customers nationwide not just Calidornia. In my case I visited Union City Vis a Vis Los Angelos where I purchased two true religion t-shirts and two pairs of jeans. So to limit this action to California may not be accurate?

    I bought a pair of pants for my elder son and shirt for my youngest son between 2010-2013. The shirt when washed was deformed a little bit, the pants was sewn imperfect .

    I purchased 2 pairs of denim jeans. One for my self the other for my 22 year old daughter. I also purchased 2 shirts for myself. Both. Vneck 1. Heather grey with stones all over. 2 whiteTee that had navy blue writing TRUE RELIGION across the breast. With the denim they were too short and falling apart. With my shirts they were disfigured once laundered and hung to dry. Horrible product
