Class Eligibility

You may be a member of the settlement if you used a credit or debit card at an affected Truluck’s Restaurant between November 21, 2018 and December 8, 2018.

There are 2 tiers for the Class Members, who are eligible for benefits depending on their category.
Category 1:
Eligible to receive a one-time payment of around $20-$30 for having made a credit/debit card purchase at one of the affected Truluck’s Restaurants between November 21, 2018 and December 8, 2018.
Category 1 Class Members need not have experienced fraudulent or unauthorized charges after making their purchase. The final amount of money per Class Member will depend on the number of claims filed.
Category 2:
Experienced fraudulent or unauthorized charges on their account after having used a debit/credit card on a purchase at an affected Truluck’s Restaurant between November 21, 2018 and May 14, 2020. These Members are eligible for a one-time payment of $20, plus up to $2,500 in damages for fraudulent purchases. Category 2 consumers must provide proof via documentation of these charges, as well as proof that they were not reimbursed for said charges (e.g., credit or debit card statements, other communications / correspondences about the charges, etc.)
