  2. T Moulder says:

started getting TV guide and was flooded by lot of magazines I never ordered.

  3. Terry says:

The online form wants me to use my class member ID number, but I don’t have a number. It’s impossible to submit a claim without one. The number is the only question on the first page. So what do I do now?

ADMIN – Hi Terry, Sorry to hear that. However, we (classactionrebates.com) are *not* the settlement/claims administrator of this case — we are only an online “newspaper” of various class action settlements involving various companies. Please check the settlement website for your personal eligibility as a customer, and for any updates  on the issue, and/or contact the Settlement Administrator directly, if you haven’t already done so. The details are stated above; just scroll up. Thank you, and best of luck.

Wondering what is happening with settlement. I haven’t heard anything.

    • Angelica (Admin) says:

Hi Cathie, Thanks for your message. However, since we are only a newspaper of class action settlements, we have no direct connection to the cases we report about. As soon as we hear of open settlements, we post the news here; what happens to the settlement after that, we no longer post about. It’s up to our subscribers to follow up directly with their respective claims/settlement administrators and/or check directly on the settlement website (always linked above) for updates. Hope you eventually got in touch with the settlement admin.

  9. Philip Weidemann says:

I have received a check for my settlement; there’s no payee name on it, just my address. My bank told me it’s illegal to cash a check without a “ payee name on it “ I have tried to contact the administrator at least 6 times to get an answer about cashing my check, but no luck! There’s a time frame that the check has to be cashed “by June 27, 2019″! I am running out of time! Does anyone have any information on this situation? Thanks, Waiting in Limbo!

ADMIN – Hi Philip, Sorry to hear that. However, since we are only a newspaper of class action settlements, we have no direct connection to the cases we report about. I just found a check for a total of $$59.51, # 109477, that was misplaced in the bottom of a drawer. I just saw that the 90 days is up. Can anything that be done?

  11. Kelly Story (formerly Wade) says:

Hi. I moved away from Michigan at the end of June 2019 and apparently my check showed up at my old place after I’d moved rather than being forwarded to my new address. I was visiting my old roommate this weekend, and she gave me my leftover mail not knowing there was a check. Since it’s past the cash-by date, is there a way I can get a new check or am I out of luck? Who do I contact?

ADMIN – Hi Kelly, Did you try to contact the Settlement/Claims Administrator directly? The Contact information and their website link are stated above. You could also try checking the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (“NAUPA”). Their website is http://www.unclaimed.org. Best of luck.

The case number is ” 2:15-cv-13769-SJM-MKM” Can this check be voided out and a new one printed out: check#114523/dated 03-29-2019? The amount is $59.51. Thank you, Diane Fleischfresser. My mother was sent a check from this class action lawsuit. After she had passed away, when I deposited the check in the estate account, it came back and said the account closed. Am just wondering, what I can do with this check, if there are still funds from this suit?
