You are a member of the settlement if you are a driver who used the Uber app in Massachusetts or California between August 16, 2009 and February 28, 2019, and are not bound by Uber’s arbitration clause.

    i never received any notification on class action,as a driver for uber starting in 2018,residing at 5711 w. 20th st,los angeles,ca.90016,am i eligible

      Hi, Fred. Sorry to hear that you learned of this settlement late; its claims deadline was July 2019. As a rule, if anyone misses the claims deadline, they can no longer file a claim for that particular settlement.  As a last resort, however, we recommend that eligible claimants check the National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators (“NAUPA”) website via www.unclaimed.org for updates on when late claimants can claim their funds — unless the Settlement Administrator already disbursed any unclaimed portion of the fund via charity donations. Best of luck.
