Not able to file, link just sends me in circles
ADMIN – Hi Natalie,
I just tested the link and it works for me.
Rebate page does NOT provide a claim number after filing, nor sends a confirmation email
ADMIN – Hi Cmrb,
Reach out to the admin to inform them of the issue. They will be able to check if your claim went through.
After I clicked submit it took me back to a blank form. I redid it again, and it did the same thing.
ADMIN – Hi Marissa,
Please contact the class action admin to report the problem.
Filed my claim but never received an acknowledgement. Just a circle telling me my claim has been received.
ADMIN – Hi Stuffer,
I would suggest you contact the admin to have them check if they received your claim.
Have use in 2014-2017
You guys say “Proof of Purchase: Yes” but it doesn’t look like proof of purchase is required on the claim form.
ADMIN – Hi Daryn,
Feel free to fill out your form but don’t be surprised if it is rejected.
I was told by administrator that this is only for California residents! Even though it says on web page if u bought product in united states ur a class member but there telling me no! And I didn’t receive claim confirmation either so that’s why I contacted administrator and they told me that!
ADMIN – Hi Christopher,
Their documents read as follows: You may be eligible to receive a Settlement benefit if you purchased any of Defendant’s Class Products in the United States between March 21, 2012 to December 28, 2016, that contained a “Made Proudly in the USA” label or were otherwise represented as being “Made in USA.”
So does that mean i will qualify then because the administrator said its for California only and i told them it said if you bought any in united states you qualify but there telling me no. What should I do. And I’m trying to get my claim number
ADMIN – Hi Christopher,
Ask the admin to show you verbiage on the long notice that indicates exclusion of all other states. When I read their page it reads United States to me.
This site does not allow for continuance…Why?
How are we, the consumer, suppose to take part in the rebates for the wrong doing if the sites dont work? Hmmm
ADMIN – Hi Melinda,
Please specify the nature of your issues.
I was misled about the proof of purchase and where the product came from I am highly upset so it like compensation
ADMIN – Hi Michael,
If you believe you are a member of the class by all means submit your claim.
Is there an update about the Final Hearing, ? And when to expect refunds? Thank you!
Reply
ADMIN – Hi Robin,
I don’t have an update at the moment.
