  12. Chris says:

Hi, I received a small check. Smaller than I would’ve thought. But I’ve been trying to get in contact with someone, anyone. Tried to contact anybody before while trying to fill out the claim form. When I filled out the claim form, wasn’t sure what to put for the date of service, I think that’s what it asked for. But I only put February of 2017 like it said that the claim had to be before, but I’ve had them since 2013 when I bought my house. Should I have put that date? Does that entitle me to more of a settlement than I received? Really wished that they would’ve given a true contact number to actually help people in need of information. Is there anyway to physically talk to someone about all of this?

    ADMIN – Hi Chris,

The company handling the settlement is Epiq. Here is their website Why don’t you give it a try?

  13. Marji Keller says:

wow !! I was NOT AWARE of this ! How did they notify customers?? I KNOW I never received anything in the mail, unless it was inside the bill with the JUNK mail they enclose. if I’m no aware of it, I’ve asked several of my friends & family.. none of them heard of this either ..

    ADMIN – Hi Marji,

The administrators send notices and publish in common newspapers.

  14. BONNIE J LONGO says:

    ADMIN – Hi Bonnie,

We have December 2017 as the deadline.
