Class Eligibility

All individuals not otherwise excluded in this section who, between June 1, 2012 and October 3, 2018, purchased one or more items from any Van Heusen Store in CA where a higher reference price was displayed. PVH’s Counsel, PVH’s officers, directors, and the Judge presiding over the Initial Action and the Action, are excluded from the Class and are not Class Members.

    Requires proof of purchase for below 150 as well as above 150. Who saves receipts for that long on items already used? 🙁

      I have bought a lot of things at the Van Heusen outlet store in Camarillo but don’t have the receipts. I used my loyalty program number but have not received any communication from them.
