Class Eligibility:

Class Members of Vivint Home Security TCPA settlement include all individuals who received a “covered call”:

  • a call utilizing an artificial or prerecorded message;
  • a call made through the use of automated dialing equipment;
  • a call made to a telephone number that was registered on the National Do Not Call Registery or was on Vivint’s internal “Do Not Call” list.
  • The calls must have originated on or after September 17, 2008

$500 (The amount may be reduced pro rata based on the number of claims)
