Volkswagen Jetta Door Defect Class Action Settlement

Class Eligibility

Class Members of the Volkswagen Jetta class action settlement include: “All United States and Puerto Rico purchasers and/or lessees of any model year 2005 or 2006 (A5) Jetta vehicles, VIN range from 1K-5M000001 to 1K-6M759703, imported and distributed by Volkswagen Group of America Inc. for sale or lease in the United States of America and Puerto Rico.”

Vehicles must be brought in to the dealer for repair or replacement within 8.5 years or 100,000 miles (whichever occurs first) of the date it was first delivered to either the original purchaser or original lessee.

Estimated Amount

Up to $345 in reimbursement for repairs and extensions on the guarantees that cover the repair or replacement of the driver’s door wiring harness, and any wiring or connectors that must be replaced when replacing such wiring harnesses.

You must provide documentation to prove expenses associated with the repairs
