Follow the simple instructions provided and file your claim. Make sure you keep a record of your action by printing your email or claim confirmation page.

  25. Ron Bartels says:

There are hundreds of other telemarketing calls I get that there are no class actions for. About 10% of the calls I get are from companies who ignore the Do Not Call List. The FTC has yet to respond to any of my complaints.

  26. TOYANNE Whitehorn says:

  29. gregory jones says:

I have long lists of the various numbers these people use. I can’t get to their “Do not call” registry, and they force you to listen in the hope that you will get to the point of being able to tell them to not call again. But that doesn’t work. I want to sue these lowlifes.

  30. kevin goad says:

I have many warranty companies numbers blocked through my cell service and previous carrier, is there a list of numbers or number used by this company??

    ADMIN – Hi Kevin,

If there is you will need to contact the class action admin to obtain it.

  34. david plyer says:

they were calling all the time I even told them the I did not own the house I just rent it and they still call them I even told them that I was on a no call list and they laugh, they even went so far as to be rude to my wife and myself and they were very persistant

  35. Heather says:

Please provide the caller ID number(s) that would have shown up when calls were received from this group. I get illegal marketing robocalls daily to my home & cell phone & keep the numbers without ever answering the calls, so I need a way to cross-check it.

They called me on at least 3 separate occasions it seem they had set me up with calling every two to three weeks; since I pay for prepaid monthly cell phone service this sticks out because they where using my phone minutes even though I was and still on the Federal No Call List; now they just email me 3 to 4 times a week even though I never op-in.

  42. john says:

Do you know what’s going on with this case?

The do not call list needs to be more enforced. I always get telemarketers calling me. Stop them to stop calling, they still call.

    ADMIN – Hi John,

I have not seen updates on this one. As soon as I see something I will post a link on our Facebook page.

    • john says:

I emailed them. This is what they said.

      Dear John

      Thank you for your email,

The hearing to consider the final fairness of the Settlement is scheduled for December 3, 2015. If the Court approves the Settlement, and after any appeals process is completed, eligible Settlement Class Members whose claims were approved will be sent a check in the mail. Please be patient. All checks will expire and become void 90 days after they are issued.

As you can see. They told me nothing.

  43. john says:

Sparks energy should be sued. These people call me like 5 times a day. Telling me to get my electric bill and read some number to them to see how much I can save.
I did that years ago, with someone else, and I was switched over to some different electronic provider, when they said they wouldn’t switch me. But only the first couple months you’ll save money, then after that it gets doubled, or more then what PSE&G charges.
But anyway. I tell these people to stop calling and take me off their list. These people still call.

  44. john says:

I emailed them again today. I received a bounce back as undeliverable email. Saying that address doesn’t exist.

    ADMIN – Hi John,

I emailed them yesterday and mine did not bounce. Why don’t you try to contact class counsel instead?

    • john says:

I email the only emailed they have.

They probably won’t answer you back either.
But I know it can take months or years. But at least they can update the site to let people know what’s going on.

I just email them again. This time it went through. Something just happened to their system.

  45. john says:

    What’s going on with this?
Everytime I email them. They keep on giving different answers.
The first time I emailed them, last month. They said that I have to wait for the case to be over on December 13.
UM, the case was over 5 months ago.
Then I emailed them back. They tell me in 45-60 days. Yeah, 60 days was June first.
I emailed them again, they say they don’t know when it is going out.
Now there are saying that I am not part of the settlement.

So does anyone know what is going on? And why they’re giving me the run around.

  46. john says:

    Have anyone received anything?
