Washington LCD Panel Antitrust Class Action Settlement
Class Eligibility
The LCD class action settlement is open to all Washington Class Members who purchased one (or more) of the following LCD flat panel products for their own use between Jan. 1, 2004 and Dec. 1, 2006:
- LCD television
- LCD flat-screen monitor
- LCD notebook computer
- LCD color-screen iPod
- LCD color-screen cell phone
Estimated Amount
$6 – $108
The LG settlement will award Class Members different cash payments depending on the number of products purchased. Individuals who bought an LCD television can receive $108; those who purchased a flat-screen monitor can get $70; individuals who bought a notebook computer will receive $75; and those who purchased a color screen iPod or cell phone can get $6 per item.
