  34. James Stone says:

Please call me about bigger class action than this about Wells Fargo calling student loans student loans and then acrruing interest during the forbearance period, then popping an amount on the poor student as double what they borrowed when the forbearance is up and also reporting the amount on the co-signer when the loan is still in good standing. i.e. the loan was NOT a student loan, they accrued interest from the first day all through while the student was in school, Our 5000 loan became close to 11000 when forbearance was up. We did not know that, they didn’t make it clear and they “called it” a student loan back in 2008 right after the democrat idiots and congress handed the reins to banks on student loans and destroyed countless student loan companies. These were supposedly federally insured loans and were advertised as such, at least that is what we thought we were getting. Wells Fargo took advantage of them and 1000s of these loans are getting called now as students get out of school and are finding out they owe twice or 3 times what they borrowed. Disgusting, disgusting, nasty practice and Well Fargo should pay for their greed,

    ADMIN – Hi James,

If you believe there is an opportunity for a class action I encourage you to contact a class action attorney. There is very little we can do to help. We are simply an informative website.
