Members of this class are individuals who subscribed to a wireless or cellular service and you received robocalls from Wells Fargo
The Court has certified the following subclasses:
Subclass One: Includes Class Members who used or subscribed to a cellular phone number to which Wells Fargo initiated a call or non-emergency text in connection with a residential mortgage loan from Nov. 17, 2011 to Feb. 29, 2016.
Subclass Two: Includes Class Members who used or subscribed to a cellular phone number to which Wells Fargo made or initiated a call or non-emergency text in connection with a home equity loan from April 14, 2011 to Feb. 29, 2016.

This settlement resolves a lawsuit that alleges that Wells Fargo violated the TCPA by using an automatic telephone dialing system and/or robocalls to contact customers in regards to their residential mortgage accounts
The TCPA class action lawsuit claims Wells Fargo made the calls or texts without obtaining the consent of the recipients in violating the Telephone Consumer Protection Act
Wells Fargo denies the allegations but has agreed to settle to avoid heading to trial
