I keep trying to explain to the CEO’s that your bank opened an account without my permission and cannot get anyone to respond about compensation for this action. Belmont NC Branch of the WellsFargo.

    ADMIN – Hi Reever,

We are not the bank. Please contact the bank directly.

  2. Autumn Strother says:

I need someone to talk to. Not an automated recording. I filled out the settlement paperwork in my name only because my ex husband is incarcerated in PA. I love in NC and so by issuing me a check with both our names you have basically mailed me a worthless piece of paper my bank won’t cash or let me deposit. This needs I be rectified. Reach me at (252) 371-9312. My name is Autumn Strother claim # 4716580 thanks

    ADMIN – Hi Autumn

I wish I could help you but I am not the class action admin. My website is simply informational in nature.

  3. Calvin and Katrenia Howard says:

    ADMIN – Hi Mary,

Generally the admins close shop after the expiration date of the checks and are unlikely to reissue a new one.

  5. ray anderson says:

listen wells fargo told me after a phone call I owed 10,000 dollars and they needed a payment…..well after a lot of work on the phone with them and a big search of my records I “proved to them” it was not true…..they dropped it…filled out some paper work about the case and I got a check for 37.10….to me the doesn’t cover even the time I spent with them not alone the records seach…….37.10 is a slap in the face

    ADMIN – Hi Ray,

If you are talking about the check you received in association to this settlement please be aware that it has nothing to do with other transactional friction you may have experienced with the bank. This one has to do with Wells Fargo calling you without your permission using a robocall and automated dialer. Two different issues.

  6. Gregory Shannon says:

I never received my money I filed the claim by phone the day you sent me the card I lived at 145 Sheriff St. Elyria Ohio when is somebody going to listen

    ADMIN – Hi Gregory,

According to the website the checks were sent in April of last year. You could potentially contact the class action administrator but I doubt you will get resolution. Generally it is best if issues are escalated within days of check distribution.

  7. Marisa Bell says:

I have received a check, but I believe there’s a mistake in the amount. I need to know if the settlement divides the payment in equal amounts , and how much it was supposed be this payment. Thanks!

    ADMIN – Hi Marisa,

You can contact the class action administrator and have them verify your payment.

  8. Ernest Masso says:

To secure a replacement you need to contact the class action administrator.

  9. Judy Muir says:

I was hospitalized when the checks were mailed out. After fighting for my life, recovering, and finally going through papers. I found my refund check. The date is long expired. I need to know how to get another check cut that I may cash. Thank you. Please email me.

    ADMIN – Hi Judy,

Depending on the terms of the settlement funds left unclaimed are either given to charity or distributed on a secondary distribution to class members. The chances of you recouping the monies are minimal to none.

  10. Valencia person says:

My settlement check was lost in a stack of old mail and was just discovered . The void date was 8/1/18, is there any way I could get a replacement check?

    ADMIN – Hi Valencia,

No, generally settlement checks are not reissued.
