Class Eligibility

Members of this class are individuals who subscribed to a wireless or cellular service and you received robocalls from Wells Fargo

The Court has certified the following subclasses:

Subclass One: Includes Class Members who used or subscribed to a cellular phone number to which Wells Fargo initiated a call or non-emergency text in connection with a residential mortgage loan from Nov. 17, 2011 to Feb. 29, 2016.

Subclass Two: Includes Class Members who used or subscribed to a cellular phone number to which Wells Fargo made or initiated a call or non-emergency text in connection with a home equity loan from April 14, 2011 to Feb. 29, 2016.

Wells Fargo denies the allegations but has agreed to settle to avoid heading to trial
