      I filed this claim still waiting for payment, I have no way of contacting these people
      It funny if you owe them you get all kinds of solicitation but when they owe you they find away to get lost, some of these companies don’t deserve to be in business, they misplaced a thirty dollar money order of mine, and they expected me to pay them fifteen dollars to track it down

    dear sir, im claiming the claim forms for settlement and asking for rebate check concerning crank calls and unwanted text messages from western union. also, I had an insodent about cashing some checks at the office. I would like to be reimbursed for $2500 and decline reply. this is at a check smart office at emery road and northfield intersections. I would like to be reimbursed today. I have called and emailed the info line thing but have yet to get an reply. Can someone please tell us what’s really going on with this so called settlement and give us atleast am estimate time frame of about when anyone should start receiving our checks please.     I had no luck with email either and submitted a request for information or update in writing. Got my response today and there is no update. Still waiting on court to approve the settlement and as indicated on the website there is apparently no time limit on that waiting period that can be provided to us by the Settlement Administrator. So, in this case news is just no news but I did at least feel better hearing something 13 months after the fairness hearing.

    Amazing to me that there can be NO DEADLINE. I know that this class action may not be as financially detrimental as the other Western Union Class Actions currently going on but considering all they currently have to pay out with their other suits, how are we assured that we would ever be paid? I recently submitted another request in writing requesting an update and 2 months later got the same canned response: No update, no deadline, no help.
