You are a member of the Class if you bought an XHose in the U.S. between Jan. 1, 2012 and Dec. 29, 2015.

The XHose class action settlement provides benefits for both direct and non-direct purchasers.

Direct buyers are those who purchased the product directly from www.xhose.com or by calling the toll-free number in response to a TV advertisement. Those who fit into this group can make a claim for one of the following:

  • Warranty extension of 270 days from the date of purchase
  • $15 for each hose up to $45 per person
  • Those who return the male and female XHose end fittings may receive $30 for each purchase

Non-Direct purchasers are individuals who purchased an XHose from a retail store or website other than www.xhose.com. Non-Direct buyers can make a claim for one of the following:

  • $8 per person
  • Those who return the male and female XHose end fittings may receive $30 for each purchase, up to a max of $90 per person

    I filled out the form a long time ago for 2 fifty foot x-hose and have not received any correspondence or money. What is the status of this?

    ADMIN – Hi James,

    This was paid out a few months ago. You need to contact the admin but I suspect for some reason you missed out. Please join us on Facebook that way you stay in the loop of what is getting paid and you can escalate in a timely manner if you don’t get paid.

    I received a settlement check #837446 dated 11/29/16. The check was $60.00 short. I called the phone number supplied on 12/6/16 and the operator, Denise, confirmed I supplied three hose couplings sets as per instruction. Denise told me that Ann, her manager, would call me by the next day. I never received a call. I called again on 12/12/16 and spoke with Sheril. She said Ann was on vacation and to call back next week. I called on 12/29/16 and spoke with Denise. She said once the first round of checks are issued they would then correct any mistakes. She said it should take a couple of months. I called again on 2/20/17 and spoke with Denise and she said to call back in a few months. I have called several times in June and July and only have a message tell me due to high volume to hold for voice mail. Then after a few seconds the message says hold for the next available operator. After 12 to 15 minutes I hang up. This has happened the last few times I have called. Can anyone please inform me as to what is going on.

    At this point it would be wise for you to escalate to class counsel and express your frustration with the admin. Class counsel info is available as part of the long notice.

    I too have experienced the same inner tube leaking problems with my two fifty foot Big Boss hose Pro DAC-5 purchased in 2018. Are there any remedies for those of us who have suffered the same expense/experience? Please advise. Thanking you in advance. Sincerely,
