is there a way to look up online if you were called?
ADMIN – Hi Gene,
Sadly there is not. You can always try contacting the admin.
How can I check to see if I am recorded on list?
ADMIN – Hi Michelle,
Did you purchase something by IKEA, had it delivered by XPO and received a phone survey? If the answer is yes you are a class member.
I received the final notice of the class action lawsuit – why or how would I be identified as someone who received an unsolicited phone survey? How else would my number end up on a list? I have scheduled one delivery from Ikea in 2015 and that was in Virginia.
ADMIN – Hi Nancy,
If they sent you a card that means they called you for a survey therefore you are a member of the class. File your claim .
Hi,
I received the final notice of the class action lawsuit, i am not sure why i got this email, but i do remember making a purchase in IKEA back in sep 2015… its almost 2.4 yrs back and i dont remember of any survey calls, then will i be member of the class to file a claim ?
Thanks,
Raj
ADMIN – Hi Raj,
It is entirely possible that they called you and you did not pick up because you did not recognize the number. Consider filing a claim.
For doing what they thought was right, and attempting to assure improvement in future service, this company has to pay $7,000,000. My share is $99.62. Something for nothing. God Bless America, and God bless the progressive assholes producing such ridiculous litigation.
ADMIN – Hi Getrich,
In researching the lawyers tasked with this case it appears many lean towards the republican side of things.
I received a postcard-like notice stating that we were most likely part of this lawsuit & therefore entitled to monies.
I mailed that in before the deadline but have heard nothing since & that was almost a year ago.
Does that mean that we won’t be receiving a settlement?
ADMIN – Hi David,
You probably will. Contact the class action administrator.
