Class Members of the Zara FACTA settlement include: “All persons to whom Zara USA provided an electronically printed receipt at the point of sale in a transaction occurring inside one of Zara’s stores in the United States, from December 17, 2014 to April 27, 2015, which displayed the credit card’s first six digits.”

    I shop often at Zara, on occasion I observed my receipt even printed out my pin number for my debt card. What do I do next?

    ADMIN – Hi Christine,

    We are surprised to hear they printed your pin number. If you believe you are a class member we encourage you to click on the claim form and submit your information as requested. Once you have filed a claim the only thing left to do is wait.

    I have purchased several items during that time frame and obviously I don’t have the receipts and I purchased
    Using my debit card and credit card. Can I submit a statement from my bank or credit card ??

    We believe you can if the statement indicates that you made the purchase at Zara and you are certain you handled the transaction without a pin.
